Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of this website. Using the site means accepting them; if you do not accept them, stop using the site. They are written to be read at normal speed. Six things matter in practice: who the site is for, what the published figures are and are not, the absence of advice, the relationship with third-party platforms, the limits of liability, and which law applies. Effective from 5 August 2026.

Who this site is for

This site is intended for adults, meaning persons aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction where that is higher. Its subject is advertising on explicit websites, discussed from a commercial and technical standpoint. The site itself publishes no explicit material, hosts no adult content and links to none.

The audience it is written for is professional: publishers who own inventory, media buyers, and people evaluating advertising platforms as a commercial decision. Nothing here is written as consumer guidance and nothing here should be read as encouragement to enter this market.

The figures published here and what they are worth

Payout thresholds, payment schedules, fees, format lists and platform requirements are taken from each platform's own documentation on the date shown on the relevant page. They are published for orientation and comparison, not as a warranty, a representation or an offer. Platforms change these terms without announcement and edit help-centre pages without revision notes, and any figure here may be superseded between one reading and the next.

Where a platform's own pages contradict each other, both figures are published with a note, and where a figure could be traced only to a secondary source it is labelled unverified. Some values, including the days-from-earning-to-cash column, are our arithmetic from published schedules rather than platform claims, and are identified as such. The verification method behind all of this is documented in how we check figures. Confirm any figure inside your own account before making a decision that depends on it.

No advice of any kind

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, accounting or investment advice, and no reader-adviser relationship is created by reading it. Discussion of US state age-verification statutes describes legislation in general terms with bill numbers and links to primary sources, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. Whether a particular website falls within a particular statute is a legal question with legal consequences, and the answer depends on facts this site cannot see.

References to tax treatment of publisher income are equally general. Reporting obligations depend on where you are resident, how you are structured and what you earn, and the linked authority pages are starting points rather than answers.

Third-party platforms and links

Links lead to advertising platforms, regulators, standards bodies and documents that this site does not control and is not responsible for. It does not control their content, their terms, their availability, their moderation decisions or their handling of your data, and it accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any account you open with them.

Your relationship with an advertising platform is governed entirely by that platform's own publisher agreement. Read it before scaling anything, particularly the clauses covering account closure and withheld balances, which in this segment commonly permit forfeiture of an outstanding balance without prior notice. That is a term of theirs, not of ours, and this site has no ability to influence how it is applied.

Commercial links

Some links on this site generate compensation if a reader registers an account after following them. The arrangement is described in full in the editorial policy. It changes nothing about these terms and nothing about the terms you receive from the platform, which are identical whether you arrive through this site or directly.

Acceptable use

You may read, quote briefly with attribution and link to anything on this site. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades availability for other readers, republish comparison tables wholesale, present the analysis as your own work, or use the material to construct a competing listing while stripping the sourcing that makes it verifiable. Automated collection for the purpose of training or resale is not permitted without written agreement.

Availability and changes to the site

Pages are added, rewritten, merged and removed as the underlying documentation changes. A comparison table may gain or lose a platform, a figure may move, and a section may be replaced when a statute or a payout structure makes it obsolete. No commitment is given that any particular page, URL or figure will remain available, and no archive of superseded versions is published.

The site may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents or upstream network faults, and no uptime commitment is made. Where a page is removed instead of updated, the usual reason is consolidation into a broader page, not that its subject stopped mattering.

Liability

The site is provided as is and as available, with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current at any given moment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on information published here. That includes lost revenue, withheld or forfeited balances, rejected domains, closed accounts, regulatory penalties and costs incurred in reliance on a superseded figure.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Intellectual property

The text, tables, calculations, layout and code of this site belong to its operator. Platform names, marks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively for identification, without any claim of affiliation or endorsement beyond the single relationship disclosed in the editorial policy.

Changes, severability and governing law

These terms may be updated, and the version on this page is the operative one. Material changes are reflected in the effective date above. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force and the unenforceable provision is read down to the minimum extent necessary.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Data handling is covered separately by the privacy policy, and device storage by the cookie policy. Questions about any of this go through the contact page.

The material these terms govern is the analysis on Adult Ad Networks and the supporting pages around it. Who operates the site and why is set out on the about page, and the person responsible for the published figures is identified on the author page.
